These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CaseLine: Hidden Evidence (“CaseLine,” the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Ansal LLC.
By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
CaseLine is an interactive fictional detective and mystery game. Players may investigate simulated devices, messages, photographs, audio recordings, documents, security footage, maps, witness statements, and other fictional evidence.
The App is provided solely for entertainment purposes.
CaseLine does not provide legal, law-enforcement, investigative, psychological, medical, or other professional advice.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the App.
If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians should review the App’s fictional crime, disappearance, suspense, and mystery themes before allowing a minor to use it.
All cases, suspects, victims, witnesses, messages, photographs, audio recordings, companies, locations, documents, and events appearing in CaseLine are fictional or presented in a fictionalized manner.
Any resemblance to actual persons, organizations, crimes, events, or locations is coincidental.
You must not interpret information shown in the App as factual information about a real individual or event.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use CaseLine for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
The App is licensed, not sold. Apple’s standard terms also treat App Store applications as licensed software.
